在广播电视传播领域呈现出渠道多元化、终端多样化和发展互联网化的新形势下,完成"一张网"整合的省级广电网络企业,面对行业变革加快的现实和有关部门资产监管的要求,需要顺应形势、重视战略、谋定而动。阐述了新形势下广电网络企业做好战略定位的重要性,并以云南广电网络集团为案例,介绍了借助SWOT分析定位企业发展战略的方法和要点。
In the new situation of channel pluralism, terminal diversification and development Internet-based in broadcast and television field, provincial broadcast and television network business integrated as one net, need to adapt to the situation, pay attention to strategy, and determine it before implementation, in the face of accelerated industry reform and requirements of relevant departments to assets regulatory supervision. The importance of strategic positioning to broadcast and television network enterprises under the new situation is described, and the method, the main points of analysis and positioning by SWOT(Strength Weakness Opportunity Threat) method is introuduced, which takes Yunnan broadcast and television network group as example.
