摘要
目的实现CT方舱CT装置的科学安装,对CT装置进行一定的技术改装研究。方法综合CT方舱舱体和空间布局以及CT装置技术参数等信息,考虑CT方舱CT装置的减振需求,对CT装置包括CT机架、扫描床、控制台、CT主机等进行一定的技术改装,对各组件的空间尺寸、固定方式和放置位置进行精确化设计和处理。结果在狭小有限空间内将CT装置安装成功,并具有一定抗振性能。结论该研究结果为CT方舱野外机动应用奠定了基础。
To complete the installation of CT device for CT shelter scientiifcally, the technical modiifcation of CT system was studied. All the information of the shelter, the space layout and the device parameters of CT shelter were synthesized and analyzed firstly. Considering the requirement of vibration damping, the components of CT device, including CT gantry, scanning table, operating desk and main computer, et al, were modiifed. The size, ifxation and position of the components were designed precisely. As a result, CT device was successfully installed in the narrow space of the shelter with the vibration damping capacity. The study makes a good base for the maneuvering application of CT shelter under wild condition.
