摘要
目的探究生化分析仪光源功率衰减指征,保证生化分析仪的检测结果准确性。方法通过分析检测试验验证丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、载脂蛋白B(ApoB)、脂蛋白(a)(Lp(a))、淀粉酶(AMY)、前白蛋白(PA)等检测项目的质控结果异常,研究其与生化分析仪的光源发生能量衰减的关系。结果当生化分析仪的光源的功率发生衰减时,ALT、ApoB、Lp(a)、AMY、PA等5个项目的质控检测结果会先于其他检测项目受到明显的影响。结论可以将这5个检测项目作为生化分析仪光源功率衰减的指征,用于提示光源功率衰减程度,以及时进行光源更换。
Objective To explore the biochemical analyzer source power attenuation indications to increase its accuracy. Methods The abnormal quality control results of ALT, ApoB, Lp(a), AMY and PA were tested, thus to study the relation between the attenuation and the results. Results When the power source attenuation occurs, compared to other testing items, the quality control test results of ALT, ApoB, Lp (a), AMY, PA will be signiifcantly affected. Conclusion The ifve testing items could be applied as the biochemical analyzer source power attenuation indications, which can indicate the power attenuation, in order to replace the light source timely.
