基于2/8法则对医疗设备采购流程的分析

Analysis Based on 2/8 Rule Procurement Process for Medical Devices

医疗设备的采购流程是医院管理工作中的一个重要环节,是医院发展的关键物质基础,同时也是医院增强核心竞争力的重要体现。本文基于2/8法则,以医疗设备采购前论证的关键指标为指导,通过列表法对医院医疗设备采购流程现状进行诊断和分析,针对现行采购流程中存在的问题,提出采购流程优化再造的方案。具体从采购审批流程、供应商开发与管理流程、采购执行流程、入库结算流程等方面进行优化,以期达到缩短采购周期、提高采购效率的目的。

Procurement of medical equipment is an important part in hospital management process, is the material basis of the hospital＆#39;s development and the way to enhance the core competitiveness of the hospital. Based on 2/8 rule, guided by the key indicators before the purchase, this paper diagnoses and analyses the current medical equipment procurement through listing, to understand the problem during procurement and ifnd relevant solutions. By optimizing the process of authorizing procedure, supplier choosing and management, procurement and budget balancing, the procurement will become shorter and more efifcient.
