摘要
本文根据医院医疗设备运营的实际情况,探索单机核算的方法,制定了对大型医疗设备运营单机考核指标;找出大型医疗设备在医院管理中存在的问题,制定持续改进措施和意见,对进一步加强对医疗设备的管理,实现医院大型医疗设备资源共享、提高使用率具有一定的参考价值。
According to the practical operation of medical equipment in our hospital, this paper explores the large medical equipment single accounting methods, formulates the evaluation indicators of the operation of large medical equipment. It also ifnds the problems existed in the large medical equipment in hospital management, and formulates the measures and opinions for continuous improvement.
