An Analysis of the Usage of “N” in Japanese

拨音“ん”的使用方法看起来很简单，但在实际会话中有许多音变和习惯读法，经常使学习日语的外国人对其意义和读音的把握产生困惑，有时甚至成为制约其理解日语会话的关键。本文尝试对“ん”的种种音变和习惯用法进行全面分析和归类，以期对日语会话和听力教学有所助益。

The usage of phoneme/N/in Japanese seems simple, but due to many different euphonic changes and habitual readings in actual conversations, it often confuses a foreigner who needs to grasp its meaning and articulate it in the conversations, and sometimes it even creates insurmountable difficulties for him to understand Japanese conversations. Such differences and habitual usages of N will be comprehensively analyzed, sorted out in this thesis, with the hope of facilitating conversation in Japanese and giving instruction on listening compre- hension.
