摘要
在现代企业,如何保留客户是企业客户管理的重要研究方向。使用决策树ID3算法分析客户的属性特征,实现客户信息的分类,找出各类客户的特征,可有针对性地改善客户关系,从而避免客户流失,提高市场占有率。
In modern enterprises, retaining customers is an important research direction in the field of cus- tomer management. Making use of the Decision Tree's ID3 algorithm, this paper discusses how to analyze cus- tomer attributes, classify customer information, detect characteristics of various customers, and improve relation- ship with target customers, so as to avoid a possible customer loss and enhance the market share.
