新建本科院校公共体育教学团队建设探析

An Analysis of Team Building in General Physical Education at Newly-Established Colleges

建设公共体育教学团队是新建本科院校提升办学质量，提高教学质量的重要环节，对于深化公共体育教学改革既是机遇也是挑战。本文通过分析新建本科院校公共体育教学团队建设的外部环境与内部现状，查找出当前建设中存在的不重视、轻投入、队伍散、研究少、目标定位模糊、缺乏激励机制等问题，提出强化意识、积累条件、凝聚团队、制定目标、保障制度等建设路径。

To build a teaching team for general physical education is indispensable for the newly-estab- lished colleges to upgrade their education and improve their teaching quality. It is also a chance for and a chal- lenge to the effort of deepening reform in the area of general physical education. Through an analysis of the external environment and internal conditions for building up teaching team in the newly-established colleges, this paper makes a diagnosis of such current issues as scanty attention, insufficient investment, slack discipline, inadequate research, obscure targets and absence of incentive mechanism; it then makes proposals for enhancing awareness, preparing conditions, consolidating team spirit, setting goals and creating guarantee mechanisms.
