民办高校青年教师入党积极性研究

A Study on Young Teachers’ Enthusiasm for CCP Membership

青年教师是民办高校改革、建设和发展的重要力量，但民办高校青年教师普遍存在入党积极性不高的现象，认为入党与否与个人发展关系不大，入党限制个人自由，对党的认识不足等。其原因是多方面的，既有内因也有外因，民办高校党组织必须认清形势，转变观念，主动出击，结合实际积极做好在青年教师中发展党员的工作，及时把青年教师中的优秀分子吸纳到党组织中来。

While young teachers constitute an important force of reform, construction, anct cievetopment in private colleges, they are generally lacking in enthusiasm for obtaining CCP membership, either because of viewing it as irrelevant to their own development and restrictive on their personal freedom, or because of inad- equate realization of its importance. Causes for interpreting this phenomenon are multiple, some internal and some external. Thus CCP branches at private colleges must realize the severity of situation, change their outdated mentality, adopt a more active and practical attitude when working among young teachers, and act more prompt- ly in absorbing outstanding young teachers into the Party.
