摘要 目的探讨微波理疗辅助治疗儿童大叶性肺炎的效果。方法将60例大叶性肺炎患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。在给予常规抗感染及支持对症治疗的基础上,治疗组加用微波理疗,对照组不给予微波理疗。比较两组患儿的咳嗽减轻时间、肺部啰音消失时间及临床疗效。结果治疗组咳嗽减轻时间为(5.70±0.71)d、肺部啰音消失时间为(8.10±0.22)d、总有效率为96.67%,对照组分别为(7.80±0.92)d、(10.30±0.67)d、83.33%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组均未见不良反应。结论微波理疗用于儿童大叶性肺炎的辅助治疗安全有效,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To observe the effect of microwave therapy in children with lobar pneumonia.Methods 60 cases of children with lobar pneumonia were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,each of 30 cases.Treat- ment group was treated with microwave therapy besides conventional anti-infective therapy and supportive treatment. The time of coughs relieving,pulmonary rales disappearing and clinical effect of the two groups was compared.Results The time of coughs relieving of the treatment group was (5.70±0.71) d,the time of pulmonary rales disappearing was (8.10±0.22) d,the total efficiency was 96.67%.The control group was (7.80±0.92) d,(10.30±.67) d and 83.33% respectively, the difference was significant (P〈0.05).There was no adverse event in two groups.Conclusion Microwave therapy is a safe and effective choice in adjunctive therapy of children with lobar pneumonia in clinic.
