锌制剂口服联合蒙脱石散保留灌肠辅助治疗小儿腹泻的临床效果

Clinical effectiveness of zinc preparations oral,montmorillonite powder retention enema adjuvant therapy in infantile diarrhea enema

目的探讨锌制剂口服联合蒙脱石散保留灌肠辅助治疗小儿腹泻的临床效果.方法将2013年2～12月本院收治的120例小儿腹泻患儿,随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组60例患儿给予补液、纠正酸碱平衡、抗感染等对症治疗,观察组60例患儿在上述治疗的基础上给予锌制剂口服、蒙脱石散保留灌肠辅助治疗,观察两组患者的治疗效果及腹泻控制情况.结果治疗后观察组显效率和总有效率均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（R＜0.05）;观察组患者腹泻控制时间明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论锌制剂口服联合蒙脱石散保留灌肠辅助治疗小儿腹泻的效果较好,腹泻控制时间短,值得应用.

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of oral zinc preparations, montmorillonite powder retention ene- ma adjuvant therapy in infantile diarrhea enema. Methods 120 cases of pediatric diarrhea in our hospital from Febru- ary 2013 to December 2013 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,the 60 patients in control group were given fluid infusion,correcting acid-base balance,antibiotics treatment and other symptomatic treatment,60 patients in observation group were given zinc preparations oral,montmorillonite powder retention enema adjuvant thera- py on the basis of control group,therapeutic effects and diarrhea control situation of two groups were observed. Results After treatment,the efficiency rate and the total effective rate of observation group were significantly higher than those of control group,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）,the diarrhea control time of observation group was significantly shorter than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clin- ical effect of zinc preparations oral,montmorillonite powder retention enema adjuvant therapy in infantile diarrhea ene- ma is good,diarrhea control time is short,it is worthy of application.
