理气汤治疗肠梗阻的临床效果分析

The analysis of clinical effect of Liqi decoction in treatment for intestinal obstruction

目的探讨理气汤治疗肠梗阻的效果。方法收治元宝山矿医院与赤峰学院附属医院被诊断为肠梗阻的患者90例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,治疗组在对照组常规治疗的基础上加用理气汤。比较两组患者的腹痛、腹胀消失时间,恶心、呕吐消失时间,排气时间,中转手术例数,胃肠减压量,住院天数。结果除中转手术率(P=0.35)外,治疗组各项指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论理气汤治疗肠梗阻的效果显著,能加快解除梗阻,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of Liqi decoction in the treatment for intestinal obstruction. Methods 90 patients were diagnosed with intestinal obstruction,they were treated for the Hospital of Yuanbaoshan Coal Mine and the Affliated Hospital of Chifeng College,they were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,the treat- ment group was given Liqi decoction treated on the basis of the control group conventional treatment,the abdominal pain,bloating disappeared time,the disappearance time of nausea and vomiting,anal exhaust time,transfer mode,gastroin- testinal decompression,hospitalization days of the two groups were compared. Results The clinical symptoms in Liqi de- coction group were significantly less than those in the conventional group （P〈0.05） excpt the rate of transferring to oper- ation （P=0.35）. Conclusion It is beneficial for intestinal obstruction to apply Liqi decoction,which can improve the ef- fect of expectant treatment,and it is worth to spread.
