Analysis of Shuxuening injection adverse reaction reports in 57 cases

目的分析舒血宁注射液致药物不良反应（ADR）的原因,为临床安全合理用药提供参考.方法收集2011年6月～2013年10月本院发生的57例舒血宁注射液所致ADR报告,并进行归纳、统计分析.结果舒血宁注射液所致不良反应涉及机体多个系统,临床表现复杂多样,主要集中在40～60岁,主要表现为变态反应.结论临床应重视舒血宁注射液的不良反应,并做好不良反应的处理,在临床使用时要严密监测,提高合理用药水平.

Objective To analyze the causes of adverse reactions induced by drugs of Shuxuening injection,to provide the reference for clinical rational drug use. Methods 57 cases of Shuxuening injection induced ADR reports were col- lected in our hospital from 2011 June to 2013 October,and induction,statistical analyzed. Results The adverse reaction induced by Shuxuening injection involving multiple organs and systems,the clinical manifestations were diverse and complex,mainly concentrated in 40 to 60 years old,mainly manifested as allergic reaction. Conclusion The cinical at- tention should be paid to the adverse reaction of Shuxuening injection,treatment and do a good job of adverse reactions, should be closely monitored in clinical use,improve the level of rational use of drugs.
