摘要
目的探讨美沙拉嗪与柳氮磺吡啶治疗溃疡性结肠炎的效果。方法将117例溃疡性结肠炎患者分为两组,治疗组59例患者给予美沙拉嗪治疗,对照组58例患者给予柳氮磺吡啶治疗,比较两组的临床疗效。结果与对照组比较,治疗组总有效率较高,其治疗后组织学积分较低,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论美沙拉嗪与柳氮磺吡啶均可治疗溃疡性结肠炎,但美沙拉嗪的总有效率高,治疗后组织学积分较低。
Objective To explore the effect of mesalazine and sulfasalazine treating ulcerative colitis. Methods 117 cases with ulcerative colitis were selected and divided into two groups.The treatment group for 59 cases were treated with mesalazine,and the control group for 58 cases were treated with sulfasalazine. The clinical effect of the two groups were compared. Results Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of the treatment group was higher,and the histologic integral of the treatment group after treatment was lower.The difference between two groups had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Mesalazine and sulfasalazine can treat ulcerative colitis,but the efficacy of mesalazine is better,and the total effective rate was higher.And the histologic integral after treatment is lower.
