纽曼护理在老年白内障手术患者中的应用效果分析

Application effect analysis of Newman nursing in patient with senile cataract surgery

目的探讨纽曼护理在老年白内障手术患者中的应用效果。方法选取在本院进行白内障手术患者100例,根据护理措施不同将其分为两组,各50例,观察组采取纽曼护理,对照组采取常规护理,观察和比较两组护理后的视力、眼压及并发症发生率。结果观察组护理后的视力好于对照组,眼压低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的角膜内皮损伤、青光眼、视网膜脱落发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论纽曼护理在老年白内障手术患者中应用,能够有效提高患者的术后疗效,减少并发生的发生,促进患者的健康恢复。

Objective To investigate application effect of Newman nursing in patient with senile cataract surgery. Methods 100 patients with cataract surgery in our hospital were selected and divided into two groups according the different nursing,each group of 50 cases,Newman nursing was used in observation group,conventional nursing was used in control group.Visual acuity,intraocular pressure and incidence rate of complication in two groups after nursing was observed and compared respectively. Results After nursing,visual acuity in observation group was better than that in control group,intraocular pressure in observation group was lower than that in control group,with statistical difference （P〈0.05）.Incidence rate of corneal endothelial damage,glaucoma,retinal detachment in observation group was lower than that in control group respectively,with statistical difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Application of Newman nursing in pa- tient with senile cataract surgery can improve the postoperative efficacy significantly,reduce occurrence of complication, promote healthy recovery of patient.
