系统性护理对老年糖尿病并发低血糖患者的影响

Impact of systematic nursing on elderly patient with diabetes combined with hypoglycemia

目的探讨系统性护理对老年糖尿病并发低血糖患者的影响.方法选取2012年2月～2013年2月在本院住院治疗的94例老年糖尿病并发低血糖患者,按照随机原则分为观察组47例（系统性护理）和对照组47例（常规护理）,对比两组的生活质量评分、出院后低血糖再发生率及患者满意度.结果观察组的生活质量评分为（68.6±9.8）分,对照组的生活质量评分为（49.7±8.2）分,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.观察组出院后低血糖的再发生率为17.02％（8/47）,对照组出院后低血糖的再发生率为40.42％（19/47）,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.观察组的总满意度为95.74％（45/47）,对照组的总满意度为78.72％（37/47）,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论对老年糖尿病患者实施系统性护理干预,能有效预防或减少低血糖的发生,提高患者生活质量,保证老年患者的身体健康,值得临床推广应用.

Objective To discuss the impact of systematic nursing on elderly patient with diabetes combined with hypoglycemia. Methods 94 elderly patients with diabetes combined with hypoglycemia in our hospital from February 2012 to February 2013 were chosen and randomly divided into observation group （47 cases,systematic nursing）and con- trol group（47 cases,routine nursing）.Quality of life score,incidence rate of hypoglycemia and after discharge from hospi- tal and satisfaction rate of patient in two groups was compared respectively. Results Quality of life score in observation group was（68.6＋9.8）,quality of life score in control group was（49.7_＋8.2）,with statistical difference（P〈0.05）.Incidence rate of hypoglycemia and after discharge from hospital in observation group was 17.02% （8/47）,incidence rate of hypo- glycemia and after discharge from hospital in control group was 40.42%（19/47）,with statistical difference（P〈0.05）.Satis- faction rate of patient in observation group was 95.74% （45/47）,satisfaction rate of patient in observation group was 78.72%（34/47）,with statistical difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Systematic nursing for elderly patient with diabetes com- bined with hypoglycemia can effectively prevent and decrease hypoglycemia,improve life quality of patient and guaran- tee the body health of elderly patient.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
