优质护理在骨科牵引患者中的应用效果评价

Application effect assessment of high-quality nursing in patient with orthopedic traction

目的探讨优质护理在骨科牵引患者中的应用效果,总结有效的临床护理经验.方法选择2011年1月～2014年1月本院骨科行牵引治疗的患者100例为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上,给予优质护理,对比两组的治疗依从性、并发症发生率、住院时间及护理满意度.结果观察组的治疗依从性、护理满意度高于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,住院时间短于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论优质护理可显著提高骨科牵引患者的治疗依从性,减少并发症的发生,缩短住院时间,提高患者护理满意度,值得临床推广应用.

Objective To explore application effect assessment of high-quality nursing in patient with orthopedic trac- tion and to summarize effective clinical nursing experience. Methods 100 cases of patients who treated with traction in orthopedic department of our hospital from January 2011 to January 2014 were selected as study objects and randomly divided into observation group and control group.Routine nursing was used in control group,on the basis of routine nursing,high-quality nursing was used in observation group.Treatment compliance,incidence rate of complication,hospi- talization time and nursing satisfaction rate in two groups was compared respectively. Results Treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction rate in observation group was higher than that in control group respectively,incidence rate of complication in observation group was lower than that in control group,hospitalization time in observation group was shorter than that in control group,with statistical difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion High-quality of nursing can signifi- cantly improve the treatment compliance of patient with orthopedic traction,reduce the occurrence rate of complication, shorten the hospitalization time,improve the nursing satisfaction rate of patient,thus is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
