人性化心理干预在精神病患者中的应用效果分析

Application effect analysis of humane psychological intervention in psychiatric patient

目的探讨人性化心理干预在精神病患者中的应用效果.方法选择在本院2012年6月～2013年6月住院治疗的精神病患者64例,随机分成观察组和对照组,观察组采用人性化心理干预,对照组采用传统护理常规.采用精神病病耻感量化表、精神病患者生活质量测量表进行测评,比较两组干预前后的病耻感评分和生活质量评分.结果观察组干预后的病耻感评分明显低于对照组,生活质量评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论人性化心理干预能有效降低精神病患者的病耻感,提高其生活质量,促进康复,为其及早融入社会提供了理论和精神支持.

Objective To explore application effect of humane psychological intervention in psychiatric patient. Methods 64 cases of psychiatric patient in our hospital from June 2012 to June 2013 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,humane psychological intervention was used in observation group,traditional nursing routine was used in control group.The mental illness stigma quantization table,psychiatric patient quality of life scale were used in psychiatric patient.Stigma score and quality of life score in two groups before and after intervention was compared respectively.Results After intervention,stigma score in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group,quality of life score in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group,with statis- tical difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Humane psychological intervention can effectively reduce the stigma of mental pa- tient,improve the quality of life,promote healing and provide a theoretical and spiritual support for psychiatric patient into society.
