基于RFID技术的手术室物联网应用系统的研究

目的研究基于RFID技术的手术室物联网应用系统在临床上的运用.方法选取2010年3月～2012年3月本院收治的120例手术患者,以数字法随机分成观察组（60例）和对照组（60例）.观察组在运用基于RFID技术的手术室物联网应用系统的手术室进行手术;对照组所有患者在传统人工准备的手术室进行手术.对比两组在手术设备的配备,手术物品的使用、存贮,手术室人员的安排等方面的合理性和有效性.结果观察组患者手术中人员安排准确率为98.33％,显著高于对照组的78.33％,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;观察组物品的使用、存贮为（46±23）件、设备（麻醉机、监护仪、电刀）的配备为（35±23）件,均显著高于对照组的（34±17）、（16±17）件,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论基于RFID技术的手术室物联网应用系统在医院手术室内的运用明显提高了手术室内的工作效率,该应用系统的临床使用价值高,值得在临床推广.

Objective To study the application of operation room application system of Internet things based on RFID in clinic. Methods 120 cases of operation patients were selected in our hospital from March 2010 to March 2012,they were randomly divided into observation group （60 cases） and control group （60 cases） according to the digital method. The observation group were operated in the network application system based on RFID technology operation room,all patients in control group were operated in the traditional manual operation.The operation equipment,use,storage opera- tion items,operation room personnel arrangements and other aspects of the rationality and validity the two groups were compared. Results The operation personnel to arrange the accuracy rate was 98.33% in the observation group,signifi- cantly higher than the 78.33% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）,the used of stored items of the observation group was （46±23）,equipment （anesthesia machine,monitors,electric knife） equipped was （35±23） parts,were significantly higher than those in control group （34±17）,（16±17）,the differences were statistically sig- nificant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The operation room of internet things based on RFID application system is used in hospital operation room obviously improving the operation of indoor work efficiency, the application of clinical value is high and worthy of popularizing in the clinic.
