企业雇主品牌建设影响因素研究——以内部市场导向为基础 被引量:1

摘要 雇主品牌理论的核心作用是帮助企业吸住、保留并激励员工,因此,企业的雇主品牌建设有助于其完善人力资源体系。文章针对企业雇主品牌建设中亟待解决的问题,借鉴内部市场导向理论,通过实证分析影响企业雇主品牌建设的因素,发现企业内部市场研究水平、内部沟通能力、内部响应程度都会影响企业雇主品牌建设,为进一步构建雇主品牌理论模型提供研究思路,并为企业雇主品牌实践工作提供指导。
