摘要
T2DM是以IR和糖脂代谢异常为特征的一种内分泌及代谢疾病。C2CD4A/C2CD4B主要存在于内皮细胞。C2CD4A/C2CD4B属于同一个基因家族,可编码核因子、调节可控制细胞结构基因的功能。多项研究提示,C2CD4A和C2CD4B基因多态性与T2DM发生、发展有关,但其影响血糖稳态的分子生物学机制尚不明确。
T2DM is a kind of endocrine and metabolic disease characterized by insulin resistance and glucolipid metabolism disorder. C2CIMA and C2CD4B gene were found predominantly in endothelial cells. C2CD4A and C2CIMB belong to a gene family encoding nuclear factors with a role in regulating genes which control cellular architecture. Several studies suggest that C2CIMA and C2CD4B gene polymorphism are associated with T2DM genesis and development. However, molecular mechanism of C2CINA and C2CIMB gene influencing on glucose homeostasis remains unclear.
