摘要
将2种高变质程度的煤料(瘦煤、贫瘦煤)分别与肥煤按质量比3∶7配合,通过坩埚炼焦调整其粒度,考察焦炭的质量指标和微观结构随高变质程度煤料粒度的变化规律。研究表明,焦炭结构强度随高变质程度煤料粒度的减小而增大,焦炭的反应性和反应后强度也随煤料粒度的减小而提高。当高变质程度煤料粒度减小时,焦炭的光学组织构成未出现明显变化,但是焦炭的气孔结构变化显著。
Two high rank coals (lean coal and meager lean coal) were carbonized with fat coal by mass ratio of 3/7. With adjust the size of the high rank coal through crucible coking, the influence of particle size of high rank coal on the quality of coke and coke micro-structure was investigated. The results show that with a decrease in the coal par- ticle size, SSI, PRI and PSR of the coke increase. The influence of coal particle size on coke optical texture content is insignificant, but the influence of coal size on coke pore texture is obvious.
