Development of a Low-Cost Al-Si Bearing Weathering Steel

摘要 通过模拟研究连续冷却相转变行为和抗大气腐蚀机制,开发了不含贵重合金元素的低成本的铝硅耐候钢,其抗大气腐蚀能力比SPA-H和SM490-A分别提高了15%和72%,这得益于锈层内部富集的Al形成的FeAl2O4。大压下量轧制搭配空冷可得到细晶粒多边形铁素体组织,确保了钢板高强高韧性匹配:Re≥400MPa;Rm≥500MPa;-40℃KV≥100J。 A low-cost A1-Si bearing weathering steel was successfully developed through study of continuous cooling transformation behavior and atmospheric corrosion resistance mechanism, and its corrosion resistance increased 15 and 72 % as compared to SPA-H and SM490-A, respectively, which is due to formation of FeA12 04 contributed from the A1 aggregate at the inner rust layer. Heavy rolling followed by air cooling produced fine grained ferrite struc- ture, which ensured the good balance of high strength and low temperature impact property of the hot rolled plate with yield strengthS400 MPa, tensile strengthS500 MPa and impact property at --40 ℃≥100J.
