伏隔核的M_1和M_4型毒蕈碱乙酰胆碱受体参与吗啡奖赏记忆的表达 被引量:2

摘要 目的獉獉:探究M1受体的阻断剂及M4受体的激动剂对吗啡诱导的条件性位置偏爱表达的影响。方法獉獉:采用大鼠吗啡条件性位置偏爱(CPP)模型及脑部核团微注射的方法。结果獉獉:与生理盐水对照组相比,M1受体拮抗剂Pirenzepine可以增强吗啡CPP的表达,M4受体激动剂LY2033298也可以增强吗啡CPP的表达。结论獉獉:伏隔核的M1和M4型受体参与吗啡奖赏记忆的表达。 Objective:To explore the roles of M1 and M4 muscarinic acetylcholinergic receptors in the expression of morphine - induced conditioned place preference (CPP), Methods: The model of morphine -induced CPP in rat and the microinjections into nucleus aecurnbens were adopted. Results:It was found that the antagonist of M1 receptor ( Pirenzepine ) enhanced the expression of morphine - induced CPP, and that the agonist of M4 receptor (LY2033298) also amplified the expression of morphine - induced CPP. Conclusion: The M1 and M4 receptors in nucleus accumbens play roles in the modulation of morphine reward memory.
