前置胎盘是否合并胎盘植入的产前超声诊断

Prenatal ultrasonographic diagnosis of placenta acctreta in women with placenta previa

目的探讨产前超声检查前置胎盘患者是否合并胎盘植入的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析前置胎盘患者92例,通过产前超声检查诊断是否合并胎盘植入,将超声诊断结果与手术和病理结果进行比较。结果产前超声诊断胎盘植入的敏感度为88.9%(16/18),特异度为90.5%(67/74);阳性预测值为69.6%(16/23),阴性预测值为97.1%(67/69)。结论产前超声检查是诊断胎盘植入的有效方法。

[Objective ] To examine the diagnostic precision of uhrasound examination for placenta accreta in women with placenta previa. [Methods] Prenatal ultrasound was performed on 92 cases of women with placenta previa to evaluate whether complicate with placenta accreta. The ultrasonic findings were compared with that of surgery and post- surgery pathologic results. [Results] The sensitivity and specificity of ultrasound in diagnosing placenta accreta were 88.9% （16/18） and 90.5% （67/74）, respectively. The positive predictive value of an ultrasound diagnosis of placenta accrete was 69.6% （16/23） and negative predictive value was 97.1% （67 /69）. [Conclusion] Prenatal ultrasound examination is a good diagnostic test for placenta accrete.
