早期应用米力农在重症手足口病的临床研究

Clinical study of early application of Milrinone in patients with severe hand foot and mouth disease

目的观察早期应用米力农治疗重症手足口病的临床疗效。方法将200例重症手足口病患儿随机分为两组,将患儿进行临床分期,观察并分析临床疗效。结果治疗组患儿体温、呼吸、心率、血压恢复正常所需时间较对照组患儿明显缩短,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组100例有3例转为危重症,占3%,对照组100例有9例转为危重症,占9%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早期应用米力农治疗重症手足口病能明显改善心肺功能,减少神经源性肺水肿及呼吸循环衰竭的发生率,改善预后及缩短治疗时间。

[Objective] To investigate the clinical effects on children＇s severe hand- foot- mouth disease treated by Milrinone. [Methods ] 200 cases of severe hand- foot- mouth disease patients were randomly di- vided into two group, and implement clinical stages were further carried out to observe and analyze the clini- cal effects. [Results] The treatment group with body temperature, respiration, heart rate, blood pressure re- turned to normal time needed for the control group with significantly reduced, the difference had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Treatment group 100 cases in 3 cases to critically ill, accounted for 3%, control group, 100 cases of nine to critically ill, accounted for 9%, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈0.05）. [Conclusion] Early treatments with Milrinone for severe hand foot mouth disease can significantly improve heart function, reduce neurogenic pulmonary edema, the incidence of respiratory and circulatory failure, im- prove the prognosis and shorten the period of treatment.
