摘要
针对集装箱港口的特点,构建以定量为主、定性为辅的低碳指标评价体系和低碳等级标准。结合某集装箱码头案例,运用AHP-模糊综合评价法对其低碳建设情况进行计算分析和综合评价,可为我国集装箱港口低碳指标评价提供参考。
Based on the characteristics of container terminals,low-carbon index evaluation system and graded standard are constituted,which adopt quantitative measurement and are supplemented by qualitative measurement. AHP-fuzzy overall evaluation method is used to calculate,analyze and assess the low carbon system and standard of one container terminal,which will provide references for the low carbon evaluation index of container terminals in China.
