典型国际集装箱港口的运营经验对洋浦港建设的启示

Operational Experiences of Representative International Container Ports that Have Inspired the Constructions of Yangpu Port

海南省洋浦港的开发建设历经几起几落,目前又面临中国—东盟自由贸易区和环北部湾区域经济合作带来的发展机遇,通过总结新加坡、韩国釜山、中国香港等内、外港口发展集装箱中转运输的经验,结合洋浦港的区位优势、航线基础和保税港区建设等方面的实际情况,从基础设施建设、航线网络规划、口岸政策和信息系统建设等方面,对当前洋浦港建设发展的思路和工作重点提出参考建议。

The development of Yangpu Por in Hainan has gone through peaks and valleys in past times. At present,the development of Yangpu Port may be boosted by the economic co-operation of China-ASEAN Free Trade Area and North Gulf Ring Area. By sumarizing container transfer experiences of domestic and overseas ports such as Hong Kong Port,Singapore Port and Pusan Port,based on regional advantage,navigation channel foundation and bonded harbor construction of Yangpu Port,the developing plan and key work are proposed for the construction of Yangpu Port in the aspects of infrastructure construction,channel network layout,port policy and information system construction.
