摘要 针对煤炭码头工程皮带机滚筒与托辊的温度检测及变电所电缆测温技术落后的现状,北方某煤炭码头工程采用分布式光纤传感在线安全监测系统,对相关设备电缆进行温度检测。该系统具有实时测量空间温度场分布的技术特点,可以连续精确测量光纤传感器沿线各点温度,适用于大范围多点测量的应用场合。传输数据可靠,并具有较高的抗干扰能力和稳定性。 A distributed fiber sensing online safety monitoring system used to detect the temperatures of belt conveyor rollers and idlers and the cables in substation at a coal terminal in the northern part of China,as a solution to the existing satus of unadvanced techniques in the measurement of temperature of equipment.The system has the technical features of real-time measurement of the spatial temperature distribution,and is capable of continuous and accurate measurement of the temperatures at individual points along the fiber optic sensor line,therefore is suitable for applications where a wide range of multi-point measurement of temperature is required. The system is able to transfer data reliably with high anti-interference ability and stability.
