摘要
在木材热处理过程中,收集150、250℃下产生的前馏液和600℃下的木醋液,分别稀释成不同倍数(100、800、1 500倍),作为草莓灌根肥,通过测定草莓的光合特性、叶绿素含量、叶片面积,研究木材加工废弃液对草莓生长的影响。结果表明,不同温度下的前馏液和木醋液对草莓叶片的生长指标均有促进作用;前馏液的制备温度、稀释倍数及其互作对草莓的净光合速率、叶片面积的影响显著或极显著,但对草莓的叶绿素含量的影响并不显著;木醋液在高浓度下对植物生长有着一定的抑制作用;250℃下的前馏液高浓度处理组的各项指标较150℃、低浓度效果更加明显。
Pyroligneous acid was collected at different temperatures (150℃, 250℃ and 600℃) for root manure of strawberry with 100, 800 and 1500 fold. Determinations were conducted on photosynthetic properties of strawberry. The result demonstrated that every treated strawberry had effect of leaf growth. Temperature and folds of pyroligneous acids and their interaction had great and very great influence on net photosynthetic rate(Pn), leaf area, but no effect on chlorophyll content. High concentration ofpyroligneous acid had inhibited effect on the growth. The experiments showed that pyroligneous acid collected at 250℃ with high fold had better effect.
