林农集体林权主体改革满意度的实证分析——基于云南省农户调查数据

Empirical Analysis on Satisfaction of Farmers in Principal Reform of Collective Forestry Right System ——Based on the survey data in Yunnan province

以林农对林权主体改革的满意度为切入点,以云南省林改农户为调查对象,选取个人特征、家庭状况、林业经营情况3个方面11个变量,运用二元logistic回归模型,分别分析了对农户集体林权主体改革5个维度满意度的影响。结果表明:是否参与林改对各林改满意维度都有显著影响,人均林地面积比重、涉林收入比重、经济林占林地面积比重、生活水平、民族、性别等对各林改满意维度有不同程度的影响。因此,提出提升林农参与度和林农文化程度、充分发挥村干部作用、深化配套改革等进一步提高农户主体改革满意度的建议。

As one of the most important rural economic system reforms, the reform of collective forest- ry property fights system catches a great research attention. However, conflicted and dissatisfied emotion of some farmers still exists when the reform is to be finished. Based on previous studies, this paper sets satisfaction of farmers in principal reform of collective forestry right system as the breakthrough point, chooses the involved farmers in Yunnan province as survey object, selects eleven variables from personal characteristic, family status and forestry business condition; and analyzes the influence of the five dimensional satisfaction of farmers in principal reform of collective forestry right system with a binary logistic regression model. With reference to the research conclusion, policies to enhance farmers＇ satisfaction in forestry right reform are proposed, including of improving the participation and educational levels of the farmers, giving full play to the role of village cadres, and deepening counterpart reform.
