人造板出口企业遭遇新绿色贸易壁垒的原因探析——基于江苏省邳州市人造板企业的问卷调查

Analysis on the Causes That Man-Made Board Export Enterprises Encounter New Green Trade Barriers ——Based on survey of man-made board enterprises in Pizhou,Jiangsu province

运用江苏省邳州市110家人造板出口企业的调研数据,采用LOGIT回归模型,对人造板出口企业遭遇新绿色贸易壁垒的原因进行实证分析。研究结果表明:出口产品类型、企业对法案的知晓度和熟悉度是企业受到新绿色贸易壁垒影响的非常重要原因;木材供给来源和企业是否拥有FSC等森林认证也加大了企业受到该壁垒影响的概率;企业规模、是否加入行业组织以及是否拥有自主品牌对企业受到该壁垒影响不显著。最后提出了人造板出口企业规避新绿色贸易壁垒的政策建议。

Using survey data from 110 manmade board export enterprises in Pizhou city, Jiangsu province, the paper makes an empirical analysis of the determinants of man-made board export enter- prises suffered a new green trade barriers on a logit regression model. It shows that： two important reasons for enterprises impacted by the new green trade barriers are Product types and the degree of awareness and fanfiliarity of enterprises to the acts. Timber supply sources and whether the enterprise get FSC or other forest certifications have also increased the probability of enterprises impacted by the new green trade harriers; other factors, such as the scale of the enterprise, organization membership, and brand ownership of the enterprise are not significant. Based on the empirical analysis, the article puts forward some recommendations.
