摘要
结合大量文献资料,简要叙述水雾化金刚石工具用预合金粉末的一般组成及结构相理论,提出Sn,Zn金属在整个结构上主要起的作用为降低烧结温度,促进液相烧结,增加致密度,而其他元素主要是强化铁结构相。结合生产中还原理论及其热处理理论,提出热处理在预合金粉生产中的占主要地位,还原过程在热处理温度下可以完全进行,不需要单独设计参数,根据粉末的结构组成,提出根据相图溶质降温系数计算预合金粉理论熔点的方法,及其还原处理的温度设计方法。
In this paper, combined with a large number of literature,it has a brief description of general composition and structure phase theory of pre-alloyed powder for water atomization diamond tools,proposed that the main role of Sn,Zn metal in the whole structure is to lower the sintering temperature,promote the liquid phase sintering and increase the density,and other elements are fortified with iron structure.Combined with the theory of reduction and heat treatment production,the heat treatment in the pre-alloyed powder in production occupies the main position,the reduction process in the heat treatment temperature can process completely,does not require a separate design parameters.According to the composition of powder structure,the method of calculating the pre-alloyed powder melting point depend on solute cooling coefficient of phase diagram theory and the temperature design method of reduction treatment are presented.It can provide the theory reference for the pre-alloyed powder production.
