摘要
煤炭城市的"四矿"(矿业、矿山、矿工、矿城)问题是继"三农"问题之后的又一大社会问题,直接关系到社会的稳定和经济的发展。选取安徽省淮南市这座较为典型的煤炭城市进行"四矿"问题研究,深刻分析其成因、探索其解决的方案和思路具有非常重要的学术价值和实践意义,为促进煤炭城市经济的可持续发展,建设低碳城市,促进资源依赖性经济转型提供参考。
Four Mine Issues are the important social issue which almost equal to Three Rural Issues, it is closely related to social stability and economic development. The present paper takes Huainan city as a case to study on Four Mine Issues, it explores the causes and the solutions to Four Mine Issues, it is hoped that the research result could provide some theoretical and practical guidances for promoting the e- conomic sustainable development of coal city, the construction of low-carbon city, enhancing the transfor- mation of resource-dependent economy.
