摘要
以文化创意产业的创造性人才为研究对象,通过对107名创造性人才的问卷调查,实证研究了创造性人才的工作自主权对其成长的影响。研究表明:创造性人才的工作自主权对人才成长有正向推动作用;工作投入、个人和组织目标一致性对两者之间的关系起到部分中介作用。
The empirical study of those people in cultural creative industry is focused on the influence ot their sell deter- ruination rights on their growth by use of the dare from the questionnaire to 107 innovative talents. It is thus shown that their self determination rights in working is positively promoted and their working devotion and the coherence between the individual target and organizational target makes partly the mediating effects on the relationship between the rights and growth.
