Research on the Economical and Intensive Utilization Evaluation of Construction Land in the City of Maanshan

以马鞍山市建设用地节约集约利用为背景,构建节约集约利用评价指标体系,采用资料分析法和实际调查法获取数据,运用熵值法与变异系数法对数据进行分析并确定各评价指标的权重与分值。利用构建的数学模型计算出马鞍山市建设用地的集约度,分析表明马鞍山市三县三区建设用地节约集约用地水平不平衡。

In the background of the economical and intensive utilization of construction land in the City of Maanshan, the re.search is intended to establish the index system for this utilization evaluation,acquire the data by use of data analysis and practical investigation method,make an analysis of the data and confirm the proportion and scores in the evaluation indexes in the application of entropy method and variation coefficient method,and calculate the intensity of the construction land by use of the mathematical model established. It is concluded in the research that there exists the disequilibrium situation in the aspects of the economical and intensive utilization of construction land in the three counties and three districts of Maanshan.
