高职学生顶岗实习现状分析及其对策

Analysis of the Working Practice of Vocational College Students and the Countermeasures

顶岗实习是高职院校人才培养的重要环节。目前,高职学生顶岗实习还存在一些问题。要加强校企合作,共同制定培养人才方案,建立相应的政策、法规以及管理机制,采取既适应学生认知规律和心理适应过程、同时又受企业欢迎的顶岗实习模式,提升顶岗实习效果。

Abstract：The working practice can be considered as one of the most important aspects of the talents cultivation in voca- tional colleges. But there exist presently some related issuers. It is hence necessary to strengthen the cooperation between colleges and enterprises, make out jointly the talents cultivation programs, establish the corresponding policies, regulations and management mechanism, and put into application the measures that can not only make students adapt to the cognitive rules and psychological adjustment but also formulate the mode of working practice acceptable to enterprises.
