摘要
本文从流水线缝纫工缝纫操作工艺要求分析入手,论述了模板设计中有关层数、基准线与槽位、裁片固定、容量确定以及下道工序指示设计等主要参数和要求,通过实验数据分析了容量设定与面料之间的关系。并探讨了模板制作的工具材料以及使用规则,为模板技术在服装企业的推广提供理论依据。
Based on workers demand for apparel sewing technique, the parameters of attachment design are analyzed. The parameters are number of layers, basic line, cutting gutter, fabric holding, sewing allowedness design and indication for the following operation. The relationships between the sew- ing allowedness with fabric are discussed as well. The tools and materials of making attachment are dis- cussed to provide theory foundation for sewing attachment application in apparel factory.
