中国特色城市化道路的探索与建议

Research and Suggestions on Urbaniza- tion Approach with Chinese Charac- teristics

考察当前世界快速的人口城市化、特大城市地区的浮现、城市问题错综复杂等特征,结合若干年开展中国特色城镇化道路的探索体会,提出走中国特色城市化道路的七条建议：①探寻有地区特色的城镇化模式;②从区域的角度考虑大中城市之间的相互联系;③切实处理好建设用地与非建设用地的关系;④积极保护,整体创造,复兴城市文化;⑤塑造良好的人居环境;⑥城乡统筹,保障农村;⑦发展壮大县域经济,促进县城整体发展。

After the study of issues as the rapid global urbanization, the appearance of mega-cities, the complex urban prob- lems, etc. , and integrated with the prac- tical experience of urbanization with Chi- nese characteristics for so many years, the authors put forward seven sugges- tions on urbanization approach with Chi- nese characteristics： 1. Exploring the local pattern of urbanization. 2. Estab- lishing the connection among large and medium-sized cities from regional per- spective. 3. Dealing with the relationship between construction land and non-con- struction land carefully. 4. Actively pro- tecting and comprehensively creating the urban culture for urban renaissance 5. Creating good environment of human settlement. 6. Integrating urban and rural area and guarantee the benefit of suburbs. 7. Developing township econo- my and promoting the integrated develop- ment of country territory.
