Beijing＇s Greenbelt： Implementation and Problems

北京市区绿化隔离地区的出现已经有50年的历史,在北京城市空间结构中占有重要的地位。本文首先回顾了市区绿化隔离地区的规划与实施历程,对其不同阶段的实施特征进行了归纳;然后在实证调研的基础上,对北京市区绿化隔离地区建设过程中,在新村建设、农民就业与保障、绿化建设与管理三个方面存在的问题进行了总结与分析。

Since its first appearance in 1958＇s Master Plan of Beijing, greenbelt has been playing an important role in Beijing＇s urban structure for half a centu- ry. This paper reviews the planning and implementation history of the greenbelt in Beijing＇s urban plans, and gives detailed accounts of the characteristics of different implementation stageg Furthermore, based on survey works, the author summarizes and analyzes the problems occurred dur- ing its implementation in three aspects： new villages constructed in the green- belt, employment and social welfare pol- icies of the displaced farmers, and the green space creation and management.
