金融危机背景下中国矿业城市经济发展的思考

Economic Development of Mineral Cities during Financial Crisis

矿业城市经济发展问题是自1990年代初以来一直受到政府和社会各界广泛关注的重要问题。从2008年下半年开始,国际金融危机对中国实体经济产生了巨大影响。矿业城市作为城市的一种特殊类型,其经济发展也不同程度地受到了金融危机的影响和冲击。本文在介绍中国矿业城市发展状况及其特殊性的基础上,分析了金融危机对矿业城市经济发展产生的主要影响,以及在金融危机新形势下矿业城市经济发展面临的重要机遇,最后提出矿业城市如何应对金融危机实现经济可持续发展的对策建议。

The economic development of mineral cities in China has constantly at- tracted extensive concerns of both the Chinese government and the society since the 1990s. The international finical crisis that happened in late 2008 produced con- siderable impact on China＇s economy, which still continue till now. As a special city type, mineral cities are also seriously influenced by the finical crisis to different levels. After introducing the develop- ment status and the special features of the mineral cities, the article analyzes the major influences that the crisis produces over the economic development of these cities, the naew opportunities that the citi- es are facing, as well as the countermea- sures the cities may adopt to cope with the crisis and realize a sustainable eco- nomic development.
