“苏南模式”制度变迁

Institutional Transition of Sunan Model

从区域经济发展的过程来看,随着区域内外环境的变化,区域的制度也处在一个不断变动的过程当中,而且区域的这种制度变迁对经济的发展起到非常重要的作用。改革开放以来,苏南地区经历了由农村工业化到形成＂苏南模式＂,再由＂苏南模式＂向＂新苏南模式＂转变两次制度变迁过程,这两次制度变迁促进了苏南地区经济全面发展。本文利用新制度经济学相关理论,对＂苏南模式＂的两次制度变迁的原因、过程进行深入分析,并总结＂苏南模式＂的制度变迁给我们带来的启示和借鉴。

From the perspective of re- gional economic development, the insti- tutions in the region would vary along with the changing of regional environ- ment. And the institutional transition will produce remarkable influence on the local economic development. Since the opening-up and reform, Southern Jiangsu area （Sunan） has developed rapidly due to twice institutional transitions. The paper conducts a thorough research on Sunan model from the perspective of institutional transition, and discusses the possible inspiration by applying theories of new institutional economics.
