随着我国对外开放的不断深化与社会经济发展水平的日益提高,高等教育领域对外交流合作发展迅速。本文针对高校中的涉外管理工作,包括外国专家的聘用管理、国际科研项目的合作引进、教师和学生的跨国交换和交流、中外合作办学等方面,全面分析涉外管理的内涵和特殊性,提炼管理学的基本原理和方法,试图寻求在中国高校涉外管理科学化发展的最佳方式。

With the deepening of China＇s opening up and increasingly social and economic development, Chinese colleges＇ international cooperation develops rapidly. This essay makes an objectively research on what foreign affairs administration man- agement is and its specialty. The purpose of this research is to provide useful methods to guide foreign affairs management into healthy and orderly development.
