摘要
研究了以对氨基苯乙酮为原料 ,高分子 Lewis酸 PVC-Fe Cl3为氯代反应催化剂 ,溴化铜为溴代剂 ,经苯环氯代、α-氢溴代、叔丁胺胺化缩合 ,最后用 KBH4还原得氨哮素 ,产品总收率达 4 0 .8%。其结构经元素分析。IR,1 H NMR表征。
Clenbutol has been synthesised from p-acetophenone through benzene ring chlorination using polymer Lewis acid PVC-FeCl_3 as catalyst, α-hydrogen brominating using CuBr_2 as brominating agent, amination with H_2NCMe_3 and reduction with KBH_4 and the total yield is 40.8%. The improved mothed is more convenient and effective.
