摘要
用高效液相色谱分析经各种有机溶剂萃取的红曲色素样品溶液 ,分离得到 2 0余种组分 ,结果证明除存在六种脂溶性色素外 。
Monascin sample solution was extracted with various organic solvents and the extracts were analyzed by high performance liquid chromatography. More than twenty components were found and isolated. It is known that in monascus there are six main fat soluble pigments. Our study demonstrated that some extra water soluble red pigments existed in the extracts.
