崩解剂羧甲基淀粉干(半干)法合成及性能研究 被引量:6

摘要 分别用干法和半干法合成崩解剂羧甲基淀粉 ( CMS)。通过 α-淀粉酶对 CMS酶解能力的研究并结合 XRD图谱表明 :半干法合成的 CMS比干法合成的更能耐受 α-淀粉酶的水解 ,取代基在高分子链上分布更均匀 。 Disintegranor carboxymethyl starch(CMS) was synthesized by dry and hemi dry process. The water absorbing swelling ability of the CMS prepared by hemi dry method was much stronger than that prepared by dry method. The enzymolytic power for CMS was studied with α amylase and X ray diffraction analysis. It explained that the more even distribution of substituting groups on CMS chains, the more difficult CMS would be degradated by α amylase. The more excellent is the performance of water absorbing swelling as long as the is distribution of the substituting groups on high molecular chain more homogeneous.
