摘要
建立了一套中等压力下汽液相平衡的实验装置,用此装置测定了DMF/C4体系和加盐DMF/C4体系的汽液平衡数据。实验结果表明,加盐DMF分离能力强于溶剂DMF,C4在同温同压下的相对挥发度比DMF中的大。在DMF/C4体系关联模型的基础上,运用推导出的数学关联式对加盐DMF/C4体系进行了数据关联。两种体系的关联结果与实验值均吻合良好,为进一步的工程设计提供了依据。
A set of experiment apparatus was established to measure vapor-liquid equilibrium data under intermediate pressure. The data of vapor-liquid equilibrium for DMF/C4 and DMF/C4 with salt were measured respectively. The experimental results show that DMF with salt had higher relative volatility of C4 and was better than DMF for separating C4. On the basis of DMF/C4 model, the system of DMF with salt and C4 was correlated according to deduced mathematic expression. The correlated results agree well with experimental data.
