李子金矿浅孔留矿采矿法底部结构的优化试验 被引量:4

摘要 针对李子金矿流沙沟矿区浅孔留矿采矿法回采存在的采场出矿效率低、工人劳动强度大、人工放矿粉尘污染大及作业安全性差等问题,进行了漏斗受矿-电耙出矿的浅孔留矿采矿法试验研究。通过对普通漏斗、平底结构、漏斗受矿-电耙出矿底部结构各自特点优化分析,详细介绍了改进的漏斗受矿-电耙出矿底部结构浅孔留矿采矿法试验过程。试验结果表明,漏斗受矿-电耙出矿底部结构大大提高了采场出矿效率,减轻了工人的劳动强度,取得了良好的试验效果。 Aiming at the problems of low efficiency, high labor intensity, heavy dust pollution, and poor operation safety existing in Lizi Gold Mine where short-hole shrinkage method is used,the test study on the short-hole shrinkage method with funnel reception and scraper discharge was carried out. After optimization analysis of respective advantages of the common funnel, flat bottom structure and the bottom structure of funnel reception and scraper discharge,the paper in detail introduced short-hole shrinkage method with the improved bottom structure of funnel reception and scraper discharge. Results show that the bottom structure greatly improved the ore removal efficiency, mitigated the labor intensity and achieved satisfactory experimental effects.
