摘要 采用变桨距系统是提高风力发电机组性能的关键技术。介绍了变桨距系统的结构和工作原理,提出了利用模糊自适应PID技术来实现风力发电变桨距控制的技术方案。方案设计了自适应模糊PID控制器,采用模糊推理的方法实现PID控制参数Kp、Ki、Kd的自整定。仿真实验结果表明,基于自适应模糊PID控制器,采用模糊推理的方法实现PID控制算法的变桨控制器具有鲁棒性强、超调量小、稳态精度高,且在变桨控制中调控平稳,对传动系统及变桨执行机构损耗小等优点。 The variable pitch technology is very important to improve performance of wind turbine. The pitch system structure and working principle was introduced and the technical solutions to achieve the vadable wind pitch control using the fuzzy adaptive PID technology were proposed. The adaptive fuzzy-PID controller was designed with the method of fuzzy to inference PID algorithm parameters Kp, Ki, Kd. Simulation results show that, based on adaptive fuzzy-PID controller, pitch angle controller has strong robustness, small overshoot, high steady state precision, and at the same time, the regulation of this controller is smooth in the pitch control process, the wear and tear on the transmission system and executor is very small.
