摘要
针对现代飞机对电力系统的动态特性和稳定性的要求,研究了飞机270 V/28 V移相全桥DC/DC变换器的动态性能。采用频域法设计了变换器的控制系统补偿网络,分析了控制带宽和电感对控制系统环路增益的影响,优化了变换器的动态特性。基于Saber仿真平台和1.5 kW原理样机验证了所设计的变换器的性能满足GJB181A-2003的要求。
According to the requirement of dynamic characteristic and stability of the electric system in modern craft, the dynamic characteristic of 270 V/28 V phase shift full bridge DC/DC converter was studied. The frequency method was adopted to design the control system compensating network, the influence of the control bandwidth and inductor on the loop gain of the control system was analyzed, and the dynamic characteristic of the converter was optimized. In view of the Saber simulation platform and 1.5 kW principled sample machine, it proves that the characteristic of the designed converter satisfies the requirement of the GJB181A-2003.
